1. What forms of payment do you take?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, checks, and money orders.
2. Who do I make Checks and Money Orders payable to?

4. Who do I send PayPal payments to?

5. When will my order be mailed?
Orders paid for by Mastercard, Visa, or PayPal will be shipped within 24 hours of payment being received if they are placed from Sunday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday will be shipped on Monday.
Orders paid for by Money Order will be shipped within 24 hours of payment being received. Any payments received on Saturday will be shipped on Monday.
Orders paid for by personal check will be held for 5 business days to allow the funds to clear the bank.
6. What if I order an item that is out of stock?
In the event of a product being out of stock, we will e-mail you and give you the choice of receiving the product when we receive it (at no additional shipping charge to yourself), substituting the item for another one, or we will happily refund you the cost of the product plus any taxes.
7. Do you offer a Secret Pal Service?
Yes, we do offer a secret pal service. Simply place your order as you normally would. When sending payment (either by PayPal or via check/money order), be sure to let me know the order is for your secret pal and include the address I will need to send the gift to. If you are paying by Mastercard or Visa, please send an e-mail after you have placed the order giving me your secret pal's address. A copy of your receipt will be mailed to you and your secret pal will receive his/her gift with a small note to let them know it's from you. If you are ordering items for both yourself and your secret pal, please place 2 separate orders to help avoid any confusion.
