ON-LINE CATALOG SHOPPING

Shopping our catalog is easy. Choose from any of the catalog links on the left to go directly to that category or choose the "Item Search" feature to search our entire catalog. There is also a "Quick Find" feature located at the top of the screen which will take you directly to the specific vendors in all categories.

When you have located an item you want to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button to place the item in your shopping cart. If you want to purchase more than one of the item, simply change the quantity before clicking the "Add to Cart" button. You can view the contents of your cart at any time by clicking the "View Cart" button on the left. You can put as many items as you want in your shopping cart. You can also change or remove items in your shopping cart at any time before placing your order.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

  1. Mastercard/Visa: Select "Credit Card (Mastercard/Visa)" on the Payment Option Screen. You will be taken to a Receipt Screen.  Print this screen for your records.  To complete the sale, click on the Mastercard/Visa icon to be taken to a secure site to process your credit card.  Your order will be processed as soon as your credit card has been approved.  If payment is not received within 3 days, your order will be cancelled.
  1. PayPal: Select "PayPal" on the Payment Option Screen. You will be taken to a Receipt Screen.  Print this screen for your records.  To complete the sale, click on the PayPal Icon to be taken to PayPal to send payment.  The address to send your payment to is:  sales@croppingshoppe.com.  Your order will be processed as soon as your payment has been deposited into our account. When sending payment by PayPal, you MUST include your shipping information. If payment is not received within 3 days, your order will be cancelled.
  1. Checks:  Select "Check or Money Order" on the Payment Option Screen, and send us a personal check in U.S. dollars. Checks must be drawn from a U.S. bank. Paying by check slows down your order, as we don't process the order until your check is received and funds clear. Please be sure to print a copy of your order, fill in the appropriate information, and mail with your check. If payment is not received within 10 days, your order will be cancelled.
  1. Money Order:  Select "Check or Money Order" on the Payment Option Screen, and send us a money order. Paying by money order slows down your order as we don't process the order until the money order is received. Please be sure to print a copy of your order, fill in the appropriate information, and mail with your money order. If payment is not received within 10 days, your order will be cancelled.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

In the event of a product being out of stock, we will e-mail you and give you the choice of receiving the product when we receive it (at no additional shipping charge to yourself), substituting the item for another one, or we will happily refund you the cost of the product plus any taxes.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is only charged on orders sent within the state of Texas. Texas State law requires that we charge 8.25% sales tax on the full amount of your order. Please be sure to select "Y" on the Shopping Cart screen before proceeding to "Buy". If you are a resident of Texas and fail to select "Y" on the Shopping Cart screen, Texas state sales tax will be added to your order before shipment.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS

We guarantee your satisfaction with your purchase. You may return any item, except as noted below, within 7 days of receipt. Returned merchandise must be in its original condition and all packaging must be included. Note: We cannot accept returns on books, computer software, or paper piecing products.

You must e-mail us to request return instructions and a return authorization. Please include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Returned items MUST be in their original condition. When your return is processed, we will issue a refund of the purchase price (minus any applicable shipping costs or sales tax).

SHIPPING INFORMATION

To ensure fastest delivery of your order at the lowest cost, we use USPS Priority Mail for most orders over $10.00.   For heavier orders, we will ship via Fedex Ground.  Orders which are less than $10.00 will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail.  Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of payment being received if they are placed from Sunday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday will be shipped on Monday. You should receive your order within 3 to 5 days once we receive your payment and ship your order. All shipments will be confirmed via email.
